First up, we've got news of yet another amazing Alex Honnold adventure. Things are slightly different this time though, because unusually for Alex he was climbing with both a climbing partner and, shock horror, a rope. He teamed up with Dave Allfrey, a big wall and alpine climber who came up with an idea to climb 7 different routes on Yosemite's biggest and baddest cliff, El Capitan, in just 7 days.<br /><br />In total they climbed 173 pitches in 7 days and even Alex, with his normally insatiable desire for climbing commented that it might be time to rest up for a while.<br /><br />To finish the week, we're showcasing a couple of videos from one of our viewers, Mikkel Lima.
